1. SO COVID? How should we be prepared?
We are still hopeful that we will be able to celebrate with everyone on our big day!
So please RSVP with your intended attendance plan!
However, we are monitoring the news and will take precautions as necessary.
Unfortunately this could include narrowing our guest count as we get closer to our date.
We will be in touch with everyone individually if any changes occur! We will also be posting updates here!
2. What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The "dress code" for our wedding will be dressy casual. Please come comfortable!
3. Will the ceremony/Reception be indoor or outdoors?
the ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) BUT The reception will be indoors (with an outdoor patio space GUESTS MAY ENJOY).
The distance between the ceremony space and the reception space is a very short walk.
4. What will happen after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party and family will TAKE PICTURES nearby for about an hour.
Guests can head straight into the reception hall (and find the bar!). we will be serving drinks and finger foods.
5. Are kids Welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event-- so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.
We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
6. Can I bring a date?
Your invitation should indicate the exact number of chairs we are saving for you.
if YOUR INVITE SAYS WE HAVE TWO CHAIRS FOR YOU, THEN YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING A DATE!
7. Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Yes! we have a hotel block reserved for guests at the Hampton Inn in Benson, NC. You can check out the accommodations tab above for details.
Other Local hotels can be found in THE AREAS OF Benson and Dunn, NC.
8. When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or Can I do it online?
We ask that you RSVP by April 10th.
Feel free to RSVP by mailing back your RSVP Card or do it online by clicking on the Schedule + RSVP tab above.
9. Will food and drinks be served at the reception? what kind of food?
Yes! We will have a BBQ Buffet catered from ole time Barbeque.
We will also have an open beer/wine bar.
10. Will transportation be provided to/From the hotel?
yES TO THE HOTEL! A shuttle bus will run from the venue to the hotel at the end of the evening (from 8pm-11pm).
Guests may leave their cars at the venue OVERNIGHT AND PICKED UP THE FOLLOWING MORNING
11. Can I take pictures of the wedding? What's the best way to share them?
ABSOLUTELY! we WOULD LOVE TO SEE AND HAVE COPIES OF YOUR PHOTOS!
